Become the calm, confident parent you want to be — even when parenting gets hard.
An 8-week live coaching program to help you stay calmer when you're triggered, hold boundaries with confidence, and handle tantrums, power struggles and big emotions without yelling, threatening or giving in.
You know how you want to parent.
You want to stay calm when your child isn't listening.
You want to hold a boundary without everything turning into a battle.
You want to know what to do when your child is melting down, hitting, refusing or pushing every button you have.
And you want to end the day feeling good about how you showed up — instead of replaying the moments you wish you'd handled differently.
But knowing how you want to parent and actually being able to do it in the hardest moments are two very different things.
Maybe you've read the parenting books.
Saved hundreds of Instagram posts.
Promised yourself, tomorrow I'll stay calmer.
And you probably already know some of the things you're “supposed” to do.
But then your child is screaming.
You're running late.
You've asked them six times to put their shoes on.
You're exhausted.
And suddenly all that parenting advice feels impossible to access.
Because more information isn't what creates change.
You need the right skills.
You need to practise them.
And you need support applying them to your child, your triggers and the situations you're actually facing at home.
That's what we do inside The Peaceful Parent.
For 8 weeks, I'll help you take peaceful parenting out of the books and Instagram posts and actually put it into practice in your home — with the tools, practice and coaching to help you use it when parenting gets hard.
JOIN THE PEACEFUL PARENT
Imagine knowing what to do — even in the moments that usually unravel you.
Inside The Peaceful Parent, you'll learn how to:
✔ Stay calmer when you're triggered — so you can catch yourself before you yell, snap or react in a way you regret.
✔ Set boundaries and actually hold them — without threatening, over-explaining or giving in the moment your child gets upset.
✔ Understand what's really going on underneath your child's behaviour — so tantrums, defiance and resistance feel less confusing and personal.
✔ Know what to say and do when things get hard — instead of freezing, second-guessing yourself or desperately trying five different things.
✔ Help your child through their biggest feelings — without needing to stop, fix or fear every meltdown.
And little by little, the moments that used to feel so hard start to feel different.
You're calmer.
You're clearer.
You trust yourself more.
And even when your child is having a hard time, you know how you want to handle it.
This isn't about becoming a perfect parent.
It's about becoming the calm, confident leader your child needs — and finally feeling like you know what you're doing when parenting gets hard.
JOIN THE PEACEFUL PARENT
Six weeks in, Lisa realised she couldn't remember the last time she'd raged.
A simpler way to know what to do when parenting gets hard.
In the middle of a hard parenting moment, it's easy to get stuck wondering:
Do I comfort them? Hold the boundary? Say something? Do something? Am I being too soft? Too strict?
That's why everything inside The Peaceful Parent comes back to three simple pillars you can use again and again:
CALM
What's happening in me?
Learn to notice when you're becoming triggered and regulate your nervous system, so you can stay grounded enough to choose how you respond — instead of reacting on autopilot.
CONNECT
What's happening for my child?
Learn to look underneath the behaviour and understand what your child might be communicating or struggling with, so you can respond to what they actually need — not just the behaviour you can see.
COACH
What does my child need me to do next?
Learn how to lead with confidence — holding boundaries, communicating clearly and helping your child through behaviour and big emotions without yelling, threatening, punishing or giving in.
Calm. Connect. Coach.
Three simple pillars you can come back to whether you're dealing with a tantrum, bedtime battle, hitting, sibling conflict, not listening or a child who absolutely does not want to leave the playground.
So instead of constantly wondering...
“What am I supposed to do here?”
You'll have a way forward.
The 8-Week Framework That Changes How You Parent
Inside The Peaceful Parent, you'll follow a simple 8-week roadmap designed to help you become the calm, confident parent you want to be — not just when things are going well, but in the moments parenting gets hard.
Each week builds on the one before it, so you're not trying to change everything at once.
Here's how the transformation unfolds:
WEEK 1
RESET YOUR CALM
Before you can respond differently, you need to understand what happens inside you when you're triggered.
You'll learn how to recognise your stress response, regulate your nervous system and create a simple plan for the moments you usually yell, snap, shut down or give in.
So you can catch yourself earlier, recover faster when you do get triggered, and start responding in ways you actually feel good about afterwards.
Over time, the moments that used to send you from 0–100 don't have to have the same hold over you.
Calm stops being something you hope you'll manage next time — and becomes a skill you know how to come back to.
WEEK 2
REPAIR, RECONNECT & RELEASE THE GUILT
You don't have to parent perfectly to have a strong relationship with your child.
You'll learn how to repair after the moments you wish you'd handled differently, reconnect with your child and move forward without getting trapped in guilt and shame.
So instead of spending the rest of the day beating yourself up after you lose it, you'll know how to make things right, rebuild connection and begin again.
And your child gets to experience something powerful too: a parent who takes responsibility, repairs mistakes and shows them that relationships can handle hard moments.
WEEK 3
UNDERSTAND BEHAVIOUR
Tantrums. Hitting. Refusing. Constant pushback. Not listening.
When you understand what's driving a behaviour, you can do more than simply manage it when it happens.
You'll learn how to look beneath the behaviour and work out what your child may be communicating, struggling with or needing from you.
So you can get to the root of what's driving the behaviour — and start reducing the pushback, resistance and power struggles in the first place.
Instead of constantly putting out fires, you'll start recognising patterns, changing the dynamic and creating more cooperation in your home.
WEEK 4
COACHING BIG FEELINGS
Your job isn't to stop every tantrum or make uncomfortable feelings disappear.
You'll learn what to do when your child is angry, disappointed, overwhelmed or completely melting down — without giving in just to make the feelings stop.
But this isn't only about surviving tantrums more calmly.
You'll learn how to help your child build the skills to understand, communicate and eventually regulate their own emotions.
Over time, that can look like a child beginning to say “I'm angry,” “I need help,” or “I need space” instead of communicating everything through screaming, hitting, biting or melting down.
You're not just managing today's big feelings. You're teaching skills your child can carry with them as they grow.
WEEK 5
CALM, CONFIDENT BOUNDARIES
Peaceful parenting doesn't mean saying yes to everything. And holding a boundary doesn't have to mean becoming harsh.
You'll learn how to set clear limits, follow through when your child pushes back and stay grounded when they don't like your answer.
So you can say no without immediately second-guessing yourself, over-explaining, threatening or eventually giving in.
And when your child learns that your boundaries are clear, predictable and calmly held, there's less room for the endless negotiation and power struggles that leave everyone exhausted.
You'll start to feel what calm, confident leadership actually feels like:
Kind. Clear. Consistent. And still deeply connected.
WEEK 6
CONNECTION AND COOPERATION
Connection isn't about keeping your child happy or avoiding boundaries.
It's one of the foundations of cooperation.
You'll learn simple ways to strengthen your relationship and work with your child through everyday challenges like getting dressed, leaving the playground, brushing teeth, bedtime and getting out the door.
So you're not spending your day repeating yourself, nagging, bribing or escalating just to get basic things done.
As connection and cooperation grow, everyday parenting can start to feel lighter — less resistance, fewer unnecessary battles and more moments where your child actually works with you.
WEEK 7
COMMUNICATION THAT WORKS
Sometimes changing how you communicate changes what happens next.
You'll learn practical tools for giving directions, solving problems and talking with your child in ways they're more able to hear and respond to.
So instead of asking six times, over-explaining, threatening or eventually yelling, you'll know what to say — and what to do next when words aren't enough.
And you're doing more than getting your child to listen today.
You're modelling the communication skills you eventually want to hear coming back from them: expressing needs, solving problems, listening to others and handling conflict respectfully.
WEEK 8
PARENTING FOR THE LONG GAME
In your final week, you'll bring everything together and learn how to apply Calm. Connect. Coach. to the parenting challenges that come next.
So when the behaviour changes, your child grows, or a completely new challenge appears, you won't feel like you're starting from scratch.
You'll know how to pause and ask:
What's happening in me?
What's happening for my child?
What does my child need me to do next?
The goal isn't to know the “perfect” response to every parenting situation.
It's to trust yourself to work it out.
And that's what allows peaceful parenting to become more than something you know.
It becomes the way you parent.
By the end of these 8 weeks, you won’t just understand peaceful parenting — you’ll be living it.
You’ll know how to:
✔ Stay calm in the moments that used to trigger you
✔ Handle tantrums and big feelings with confidence
✔ Set boundaries that your child respects
✔ Create a home that feels calmer, more connected, and more cooperative
PLUS, YOU'LL HAVE EXTRA SUPPORT FOR THE MOMENTS YOU NEED IT MOST
BONUS #1 THE CALM PARENT TOOLKIT
Feel calmer in the moments that usually push you over the edge.
Because knowing you should stay calm doesn't help much when your nervous system has already taken over.
The Calm Parent Toolkit gives you practical support to help you regulate your emotions, recover faster when you're overwhelmed, and create more space between the trigger and your reaction.
So instead of going from 0–100, you'll start catching yourself earlier, staying grounded through more of the hard moments, and responding in ways you actually feel good about afterwards.
Because calm isn't something you either have or you don't. It's a skill you can build.
BONUS #2 THE CALM KIDS TOOLKIT
Help your child build the skills to handle big feelings — instead of everything coming out through their behaviour.
Your child isn't born knowing what to do with anger, frustration, disappointment or overwhelm.
The Calm Kids Toolkit helps you teach the emotional regulation and coping skills your child needs to begin recognising what's happening inside their body, communicating what they need and finding healthier ways to move through big feelings.
So over time, instead of every hard feeling needing to come out through screaming, hitting, biting or completely melting down, your child can begin developing better ways to express what they're feeling and what they need.
Because the goal isn't to stop your child having big feelings. It's to give them the skills to handle them.
Imagine what it would feel like if your home felt calmer, your child actually listened, and you ended the day feeling proud of how you showed up as a parent.
For many parents inside The Peaceful Parent, that shift is already happening.
Real Parents. Real Transformation.
Here’s what parents inside program are experiencing.
“I’m now confident setting and holding boundaries — even when big feelings come up.”
“Before taking The Peaceful Parent program, I really struggled to set boundaries. I didn’t want to upset my daughter or yell, so I would often give in just to keep the peace.
My 3-year-old found it incredibly hard to leave places like playdates and playgroup — it felt impossible without a meltdown. I was giving warnings and saying all the ‘right’ things, but nothing seemed to work.
Since doing the course, I feel completely different. I’m confident setting and holding boundaries, even when big feelings come up, and I now understand why they’re so important for both my daughter and myself.”
— Sherrie, Mum of a 3-year-old
“Before this course, I was yelling and repeating myself constantly. Now I handle tough situations calmly.”
"Before this course, I was yelling and repeating myself constantly. Now, I understand my child’s behaviour and I handle tough situations calmly.
Morning and bedtime used to be my nightmare — now they’re so much smoother.
My only regret? Not doing this sooner!"
— Erin, mum of a 1-year-old and a 7-year-old
“I went from yelling almost every day to finally feeling like I have tools to control my reactions.”
"Before this program, I was extremely triggered by my son’s behaviour. He would make repetitive noises, poke me, slap me and constantly demand attention, and I was yelling almost every day — scary, growling yelling that even scared me.
I felt like I was losing my connection with my child and I wasn’t enjoying being a mum anymore.
Through this program I finally understood why I was reacting so intensely and learned practical tools to manage those feelings.
I now feel confident that I can change my reactions with practice. I’ve yelled less and less intensely, and I feel like I have the tools to respond differently."
— Jaime, Mum of a 7-year-old
“Our home is calmer and the yelling has drastically reduced.”
"Since doing The Peaceful Parent program, I’m much more understanding of my kids’ emotions and what they’re needing.
I’m more in control of my own reactions (I still have my moments, but I’m so much better), and I’m spending more one-on-one time with my kids which has strengthened our connection.
My kids feel like I understand them more, and they talk about their feelings with me more openly. My daughter especially is sharing things she never would have told me before.
Our home is calmer now and the yelling has drastically reduced. It’s not perfect, but it’s so much better — and I know it will keep improving as I keep practicing what I’ve learned."
— Tanaya, Mum of a 4-year-old and 2-year-old
“I’ve seen more positive change in 8 weeks than I did through my psychology appointments.”
"I’ve been trying to work on behaviour and my anger and triggers around the kids' behaviour with my psychologist, and this program has been far more practical.
It has resulted in more positive change in 8 weeks than I experienced through my psychology appointments."
— Rebecca Smith, Mum of a 6-year-old, 3-year-old and newborn
"Jocelyn's program supported me in becoming a calmer, more peaceful parent.
I was really struggling with my 2 year old daughters BIG feelings. I was always getting triggered by them.
Jocelyn's program supported me in becoming a calmer, more peaceful parent. Utilising the tools and strategies enables me to stay centered and focused on being the kind of parent I’ve always wanted to be for my daughter.
I am now able to support my daughter in becoming a resilient child and adult, knowing that it’s ok to have big feelings. My daughter and I are connected on a deeper, more peaceful level now and I am just so grateful for all the time and effort Jocelyn has put into our coaching calls and course content. You will not regret joining and being apart of something so life changing 🥰🥰"
— Annmaree, Mum of a 2-year-old
Hi, I'm Jocelyn 🤎
I'm a peaceful parenting coach, early childhood educator and mum of two.
For the past seven years, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of parents to feel calmer, more confident and more connected to their children.
But I didn't come to this work because parenting always came easily to me.
I know what it's like to know exactly how you want to parent... and still find yourself reacting in ways you promised yourself you wouldn't.
When I first discovered peaceful parenting, I threw myself into learning everything I could. But I quickly discovered that knowing what to do and actually being able to do it when I was tired, overwhelmed or triggered were two very different things.
I had to understand my own triggers. Learn how to regulate myself. Unlearn some of the parenting patterns I'd grown up with. And practise new ways of responding until they started to become more natural.
And that's a huge part of why I created The Peaceful Parent.
I don't think you need more parenting information and another course you're left to work through alone.
You need support turning what you know into what you actually do.
That's what we'll spend these eight weeks doing together — learning the skills, practising them and working through the real parenting moments happening in your home.
So you're not just learning how to parent differently.
You're actually becoming the calm, confident parent you want to be.
