Become the calm, confident parent you want to be ...
An eight-week parenting program with weekly live group coaching, practical tools and support applying what you learn to help you stay calmer when you’re triggered, hold boundaries with confidence and handle tantrums, power struggles and big emotions without yelling, threatening or giving in.
Join through the waitlist presale and begin coaching two weeks early—giving you ten live group coaching calls altogether.
You know how you want to parent.
You want to stay calm when your child isn't listening.
You want to hold a boundary without everything turning into a battle.
You want to know what to do when your child is melting down, hitting, refusing or pushing every button you have.
And you want to end the day feeling good about how you showed up — instead of replaying the moments you wish you'd handled differently.
But knowing how you want to parent and actually being able to do it in the hardest moments are two very different things.
Maybe you've read the parenting books.
Saved hundreds of Instagram posts.
Promised yourself, tomorrow I'll stay calmer.
And you probably already know some of the things you're “supposed” to do.
But then your child is screaming.
You're running late.
You've asked them six times to put their shoes on.
You're exhausted.
And suddenly all that parenting advice feels impossible to access.
Because more information isn’t what creates change.
Change happens when you learn the right skills, practise them in your real parenting moments and receive support applying them to your child.
That’s exactly how The Peaceful Parent works:
You learn it.
You practise it.
You bring the difficult moments to coaching.
We adjust it together.
I’ll help you take peaceful parenting out of the books, podcasts and Instagram posts—and actually put it into practice in your home.
So you won’t be left to learn all of this and then somehow figure out how to make it work with your child.
JOIN THE PEACEFUL PARENT
Imagine knowing what to do — even in the moments that usually unravel you.
Inside The Peaceful Parent, you'll learn how to:
✔ Stay calmer when you're triggered — so you can catch yourself before you yell, snap or react in a way you regret.
✔ Set boundaries and actually hold them — without threatening, over-explaining or giving in the moment your child gets upset.
✔ Understand what's really going on underneath your child's behaviour — so tantrums, defiance and resistance feel less confusing and personal.
✔ Know what to say and do when things get hard — instead of freezing, second-guessing yourself or desperately trying five different things.
✔ Help your child through their biggest feelings — without needing to stop, fix or fear every meltdown.
And little by little, the moments that used to feel so hard start to feel different.
You're calmer.
You're clearer.
You trust yourself more.
And even when your child is having a hard time, you know how you want to handle it.
This isn't about becoming a perfect parent.
It's about becoming the calm, confident leader your child needs — and finally feeling like you know what you're doing when parenting gets hard.
JOIN THE PEACEFUL PARENT
Six weeks in, Lisa—a mum of three—realised she couldn’t remember the last time she’d raged.
A simpler way to know what to do when parenting gets hard.
In the middle of a hard parenting moment, it's easy to get stuck wondering:
Do I comfort them? Hold the boundary? Say something? Do something? Am I being too soft? Too strict?
That's why everything inside The Peaceful Parent comes back to three simple pillars you can use again and again:
CALM
What's happening in me?
Learn to notice when you're becoming triggered and regulate your nervous system, so you can stay grounded enough to choose how you respond — instead of reacting on autopilot.
CONNECT
What's happening for my child?
Learn to look underneath the behaviour and understand what your child might be communicating or struggling with, so you can respond to what they actually need — not just the behaviour you can see.
COACH
What does my child need me to do next?
Learn how to lead with confidence — holding boundaries, communicating clearly and helping your child through behaviour and big emotions without yelling, threatening, punishing or giving in.
Calm. Connect. Coach.
Three simple pillars you can come back to whether you're dealing with a tantrum, bedtime battle, hitting, sibling conflict, not listening or a child who absolutely does not want to leave the playground.
So instead of constantly wondering...
“What am I supposed to do here?”
You'll have a way forward.
The Complete Framework That Changes How You Parent
Inside The Peaceful Parent, you’ll follow a clear, step-by-step roadmap designed to help you become the calm, confident parent you want to be—not just when things are going well, but in the moments parenting gets hard.
Each week builds on the one before it, so you're not trying to change everything at once.
Here's how the transformation unfolds:
WEEK 1
RESET YOUR CALM
Before you can respond differently, you need to understand what happens inside you when you're triggered.
You'll learn how to recognise your stress response, regulate your nervous system and create a simple plan for the moments you usually yell, snap, shut down or give in.
So you can catch yourself earlier, recover faster when you do get triggered, and start responding in ways you actually feel good about afterwards.
Over time, the moments that used to send you from 0–100 don't have to have the same hold over you.
Calm stops being something you hope you'll manage next time — and becomes a skill you know how to come back to.
WEEK 2
UNDERSTAND BEHAVIOUR
Tantrums. Hitting. Refusing. Constant pushback. Not listening.
When you understand what's driving a behaviour, you can do more than simply manage it when it happens.
You'll learn how to look beneath the behaviour and work out what your child may be communicating, struggling with or needing from you.
So you can get to the root of what's driving the behaviour — and start reducing the pushback, resistance and power struggles in the first place.
Instead of constantly putting out fires, you'll start recognising patterns, changing the dynamic and creating more cooperation in your home.
WEEK 3
COACHING BIG FEELINGS
Your job isn't to stop every tantrum or make uncomfortable feelings disappear.
You'll learn what to do when your child is angry, disappointed, overwhelmed or completely melting down — without giving in just to make the feelings stop.
But this isn't only about surviving tantrums more calmly.
You'll learn how to help your child build the skills to understand, communicate and eventually regulate their own emotions.
Over time, that can look like a child beginning to say “I'm angry,” “I need help,” or “I need space” instead of communicating everything through screaming, hitting, biting or melting down.
You're not just managing today's big feelings. You're teaching skills your child can carry with them as they grow.
WEEK 4
CALM, CONFIDENT BOUNDARIES
Peaceful parenting doesn't mean saying yes to everything. And holding a boundary doesn't have to mean becoming harsh.
You'll learn how to set clear limits, follow through when your child pushes back and stay grounded when they don't like your answer.
So you can say no without immediately second-guessing yourself, over-explaining, threatening or eventually giving in.
And when your child learns that your boundaries are clear, predictable and calmly held, there's less room for the endless negotiation and power struggles that leave everyone exhausted.
You'll start to feel what calm, confident leadership actually feels like:
Kind. Clear. Consistent. And still deeply connected.
WEEK 5
CONNECTION AND COOPERATION
Connection isn't about keeping your child happy or avoiding boundaries.
It's one of the foundations of cooperation.
You'll learn simple ways to strengthen your relationship and work with your child through everyday challenges like getting dressed, leaving the playground, brushing teeth, bedtime and getting out the door.
So you're not spending your day repeating yourself, nagging, bribing or escalating just to get basic things done.
As connection and cooperation grow, everyday parenting can start to feel lighter — less resistance, fewer unnecessary battles and more moments where your child actually works with you.
WEEK 6
COMMUNICATION THAT WORKS
Sometimes changing how you communicate changes what happens next.
You'll learn practical tools for giving directions, solving problems and talking with your child in ways they're more able to hear and respond to.
So instead of asking six times, over-explaining, threatening or eventually yelling, you'll know what to say — and what to do next when words aren't enough.
And you're doing more than getting your child to listen today.
You're modelling the communication skills you eventually want to hear coming back from them: expressing needs, solving problems, listening to others and handling conflict respectfully.
WEEK 7
BREAKING THE CYCLE
Changing how you parent is hard to sustain when you're exhausted, beating yourself up or carrying old patterns into the moment.
You'll learn how to recover after the moments you wish you'd handled differently, repair with your child and support yourself in ways that make calm parenting easier to come back to.
So instead of reacting, feeling guilty and promising yourself you'll do better next time, you'll know how to reset, reconnect and move forward.
You'll also begin to understand the deeper patterns that can pull you back into old reactions — and how to respond to yourself differently.
Because breaking the cycle isn't about getting it right all the time. It's about recovering faster, repeating old patterns less often and becoming the parent you want to be.
WEEK 8
PARENTING FOR THE LONG GAME
In our final week, we’ll bring everything together and recognise how far you’ve come—not only in what you know, but in how you’re beginning to respond when parenting gets hard.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly for eight weeks.
It comes from continuing to practise. Catching yourself earlier. Repairing when things don’t go the way you hoped. And returning to the parent you want to be, again and again.
You’ll reflect on what has changed, reconnect with the kind of parent you want to be and leave with the encouragement to keep moving forward.
As you move through the framework, you won’t just understand peaceful parenting—you’ll begin putting it into practice in the moments that matter most.
You’ll know how to:
✔ Stay calmer in the moments that usually trigger you
✔ Handle tantrums and big feelings with more confidence
✔ Set boundaries with calm confidence
✔ Create a home that feels calmer, more connected, and more cooperative
JOIN THE PEACEFUL PARENT
Hi, I'm Jocelyn 🤎
I’m a peaceful parenting coach, early childhood educator and mum of two. I’ve been practising peaceful parenting with my own family for 13 years, and for the past seven years I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of parents to feel calmer, more confident and more connected to their children.
But I didn't come to this work because parenting always came easily to me.
I know what it's like to know exactly how you want to parent... and still find yourself reacting in ways you promised yourself you wouldn't.
When I first discovered peaceful parenting, I threw myself into learning everything I could. But I quickly discovered that knowing what to do and actually being able to do it when I was tired, overwhelmed or triggered were two very different things.
I had to understand my own triggers. Learn how to regulate myself. Unlearn some of the parenting patterns I'd grown up with. And practise new ways of responding until they started to become more natural.
And that's a huge part of why I created The Peaceful Parent.
I don't think you need more parenting information and another course you're left to work through alone.
You need support turning what you know into what you actually do.
That’s what we’ll do together over 8 weeks—learn the skills, practise them and work through the real parenting moments happening in your home.
So you're not just learning how to parent differently.
You're actually becoming the calm, confident parent you want to be.

For many parents inside The Peaceful Parent, that shift is already happening.
Real Parents. Real Transformation.
Here’s what parents inside the program are experiencing.
“I’m now confident setting and holding boundaries — even when big feelings come up.”
“Before taking The Peaceful Parent program, I really struggled to set boundaries. I didn’t want to upset my daughter or yell, so I would often give in just to keep the peace.
My 3-year-old found it incredibly hard to leave places like playdates and playgroup — it felt impossible without a meltdown. I was giving warnings and saying all the ‘right’ things, but nothing seemed to work.
Since doing the course, I feel completely different. I’m confident setting and holding boundaries, even when big feelings come up, and I now understand why they’re so important for both my daughter and myself.”
— Sherrie, Mum of a 3-year-old
“Before this course, I was yelling and repeating myself constantly. Now I handle tough situations calmly.”
"Before this course, I was yelling and repeating myself constantly. Now, I understand my child’s behaviour and I handle tough situations calmly.
Morning and bedtime used to be my nightmare — now they’re so much smoother.
My only regret? Not doing this sooner!"
— Erin, mum of a 1-year-old and a 7-year-old
“This isn’t just a course for mums—as a dad, I now feel equipped to guide my son through his big emotions.”
“Before starting this course, my natural reaction when my two-year-old misbehaved or had a meltdown was to tell him off or try to distract him.
After learning the strategies inside the program and changing how I respond, I’ve already seen a big difference in how my son reacts during emotional moments.
This program has given us a strong foundation for helping our child navigate big feelings.”
— James, Dad of a 2-year-old and a newborn
“Our home is calmer and the yelling has drastically reduced.”
“Since doing The Peaceful Parent program, I’m much more understanding of my kids’ emotions and what they’re needing.
I’m more in control of my own reactions. I still have my moments, but I’m so much better.
My kids feel like I understand them more, and they talk about their feelings with me more openly. My daughter especially is sharing things she never would have told me before.
Our home is calmer now and the yelling has drastically reduced. It’s not perfect, but it’s so much better.”
— Tanaya, Mum of a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old
“I’ve seen more positive change in 8 weeks than I did through my psychology appointments.”
"I’ve been trying to work on behaviour and my anger and triggers around the kids' behaviour with my psychologist, and this program has been far more practical.
It has resulted in more positive change in 8 weeks than I experienced through my psychology appointments."
— Rebecca Smith, Mum of a 6-year-old, 3-year-old and newborn
"This program is nurturing for both parent and child. I found that the group coaching sessions really helpful, they made me feel connected, encouraged and ready to take on a new week. I have a new found confidence in myself and my approach to parenting, well worth the time and money!"
— Jessica, Mum of a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old
